Proceed to create a bun a few inches above the nape of your neck or at the very base of the nape, depending upon preference. To add extra volume and some panache, tug out gently at your roots.

This hairdo can very easily be spiced up if you’re looking to get noticed at the gym. Simply, part your hair in the middle up until the very back of your head and repeat the process mentioned above.

2. Braids- Ponytail:

For this easy gym hairstyle, brush your hair to free them of all the knots before pulling them back and tying them into a high ponytail and finishing it off with an elastic. Once that’s done, separate the hair into three sections and put together a braid, simply. Secure this with elastic.

Another way this hair-do can be spiced up is by initially pulling all the hair to the back and tying them into a high ponytail, secured with elastic. Then, divide the hair into two equal sections. Twist the divided sections around one another until you reach the ends; this is then to be secured with elastic. For an added advantage that the hair stays put longer, spray it with hair spray.

Firstly, brush all your hair to the back to remove all the tangles. Bring out a gym hairband/ headbandof your preference, to secure the hair at the front to prevent hair strands falling into your eyes and being a distraction.
